Lack of sources[edit]

This seems to be a topic worthy of coverage, but right now the article is completely unsourced and seems to contain original research. It reads like it was written by someone who is a fan of this structure and that's okay to an extent, but the tone is not always "encyclopedic" (particularly in the "access" section which reads more like a travel guide). I cleaned it up a little bit and added some categories, but the primary effort here should be to find sources (newspaper articles, governmental publications, etc.) that cover this now unused aqueduct. Without coverage in reliable sources to verify the material here now, the article risks being sent to articles for deletion either because the facts cannot be verified and/or due to lack of notability. If there are any good books about the history of Victoria, British Columbia that would seem to be an excellent place to start in terms of establishing the notability of the Sooke Flowline. --Bigtimepeace | talk | contribs 03:14, 9 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Lack of sources is still an issue here. As a result, the article is rated "start" class rather than "C". PKT(alk) 12:23, 24 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Introduction[edit]

The intro needs to give the location so people get the idea of where this is straight away. I assume it's Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wodawik (talkcontribs) 08:36, 4 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
