The result of the move request was: Move. Consensus is that the South Portland, Maine is the primary topic. I'll delete the dab page, and add a hat note for the Oregon community. Cúchullaint/c 16:21, 13 May 2016 (UTC)
South Portland → South Portland (disambiguation) – WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT. Pageviews and Google search/news/books results all point to "South Portland" meaning South Portland, Maine, and as one of the largest cities in the state, it clearly has high long-term significance. Since this appears to be a WP:TWODABS, we can just use a hatnote and delete the DAB page, but I'm notoriously bad at finding additional topics so I'm just using RM to be safe.
