Question?[edit]

Can anyone add something about the South Street Headhouse District, the Business Improvement District that covers this neighborhood and to which South Street businesses must pay property taxes? —This unsigned comment was added by 38.115.19.124 (talkcontribs) .

Am I the only one who thinks the list of Popular destinations is way too long? Does the fact that there is currently a CVS on South Street add any useful information to the page? This list feels terribly unencyclopedic (Walnut Street is even worse). I think it would be better to have a paragraph or two about clubs or shops that have historically added to the culture of the area. If there are no objections I'll make a stab at this in a couple of weeks. Sbacle 13:10, 14 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

New pictures?[edit]

Woudl any wikipedian from the Philly area take some new pics for this article. It currently has 3 pictures, and two of them having buildings or stores that dont exist anymore, making it very un useful to any reader. The picutre of zipperhead can be kept because of zipperheads icon status, but the picture of south street at night is very out of date. in fact none of the stores seen in that photo currently exist 71.185.16.108 (talk) 15:56, 29 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
