Should this be merged with the Cheltenham Festival?
Absolutely not! The Cheltenham Festival is an article about the racing meeting in general - this article is the particular history of one of the races at that festival, one of 24 races which should ultimately all have their own article. Merging them all in would make it very unwieldy indeed. Bcp67 20:14, 2 July 2007 (UTC)
- I agree with Bcp67 - imagine the Cheltenham Gold Cup, Champion Hurdle, Queen Mother Champion Chase and all of the others merged into one article - it would be a complete mess! -- Zafonic 20:43, 2 July 2007 (UTC)
