Other ingredients[edit]

Salt should be added. Also, may grated cheese (parmesan, romano, or Grana Padano) be added at the end, in the traditional version of this dish? Badagnani (talk) 20:42, 4 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Oil[edit]

What type(s) of oil are used? I've heard of olive oil, as well as olive oil mixed with sunflower or safflower oil. Badagnani (talk) 21:00, 4 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

certainly olive oil. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.191.6.138 (talk) 23:04, 15 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Notability?[edit]

WP:NOT must be doubtful here, surely this would be better folded into the Spaghetti article, or the recipe transwikied to Wiki Cookbook?? FlagSteward (talk) 02:53, 15 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

ANOTHER recipe-[edit]

My mom was Italian and her recipe consisted of sauted ( in lots of EXTRA VIRGIN olive oil) peperoncini, fresh garlic, green and black olives, salt , pepper a lil white wine then she poured it over thin spagetti or angel hair pasta then doused with grated romano, parmesan and asiago cheese.
