Support No clear PT, I'd expect "Spiker" to refer to a spike (something shart etc) of which there are is Spine (zoology) at Spike but that doesn't appear to be a likely target but given the views anyway I think we can say no PT. Crouch, Swale (talk) 17:32, 6 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Support move to Spike driver per natural dab, or a disambiguator that isn't a strictly North American English term, such as (rail). However, the term "spiker" for rail does not seem to be used outside of this region. Lazz _R 16:05, 7 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
