Springton Lake, PennsylvaniaSprington Lake – As far as I know, this is the only Springton Lake. ~EDDY (talk/contribs)~ 01:58, 9 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • @Editorofthewiki and JJMC89: Queried move request Anthony Appleyard (talk) 04:43, 9 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose per WP:USPLACE. — JJMC89(T·C) 04:47, 9 July 2018 (UTC) 14:13, 9 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per nom. WP:USPLACE only deals with populated places, and other toponyms use the standard disambiguation scheme. Cf. all other articles in Category:Reservoirs in Pennsylvania. No such user (talk) 11:34, 9 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Just to be clear, this is a lake, not a town. If there were multiple lakes in different states, the correct disambig would be Springton Lake (Pennsylvania). ~EDDY (talk/contribs)~ 14:07, 9 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • WP:USPLACE specifically states 'populated places'. It is further stated elsewhere in the guidelines that In some cases, including most towns in the United States, the most appropriate title includes the non-parenthesized State name as a tag, even when it is not needed for disambiguation. This is not a town. But it is not immediately clear to me that the US naming style only applies to towns as numerous US natural features are named in this way. — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 14:18, 9 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Move to Springton Reservoir. See [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6], [7], [8]. - Station1 (talk) 19:14, 9 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
    • I'd be fine with either name really. The only thin g is that Springton Lake is the name of the middle school, so i figured it was more official. ~EDDY (talk/contribs)~ 21:15, 9 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per WP:CONSISTENCY. No such user is correct about USPLACE. No prejudice again Springton Reservoir instead; whatever best fits WP:COMMONNAME.  — SMcCandlish ¢ 😼  03:01, 12 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Move to Springton Reservoir per evidence above, and we should then update the hatnote at Geist Reservoir. Andrewa (talk) 16:18, 16 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
