Massive improvements[edit]

Sri Lankan editors of the English Wikipedia: the SLRC article needs to improve. I'm from Portugal and decided to throw in as much details as I could, but I couldn't solve some puzzles. These points need to get an improvement:

  • The SLRC article which doubles as the article for the channel proper. I've added some of the channel's history. Does anyone know when did Rupavahini 2 become Channel Eye? And if, between 1999 and at least 2002, the main channel was known as Rupavahini 1? And any other details from their history?
  • Rupavahini? Rūpavāhinī? In recent years more and more people have been using the macron-less form but it's still intact on the logo.
  • Speaking of the logo, who designed it? I can only find information in Sinhala, but I don't know a lot of the language and the language is not available on Google Translate. Here's the article, which is in Sinhala: http://offair.nethfm.com/article/1858
  • Plus, any chances for Channel Eye, Nethra TV and NTV to get their very own Wikipedia articles like Vasantham TV, which is owned by ITN, having an article of its own? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.155.2.87 (talk) 22:41, 3 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
