Massive improvements[edit]

Sri Lankan editors of the English Wikipedia: the SLRC article needs to improve. I'm from Portugal and decided to throw in as much details as I could, but I couldn't solve some puzzles. These points need to get an improvement:

The SLRC article which doubles as the article for the channel proper. I've added some of the channel's history. Does anyone know when did Rupavahini 2 become Channel Eye? And if, between 1999 and at least 2002, the main channel was known as Rupavahini 1? And any other details from their history?
Rupavahini? Rūpavāhinī? In recent years more and more people have been using the macron-less form but it's still intact on the logo.
Speaking of the logo, who designed it? I can only find information in Sinhala, but I don't know a lot of the language and the language is not available on Google Translate. Here's the article, which is in Sinhala: http://offair.nethfm.com/article/1858
