The Chiboust Cream appropriate to St Honoré[edit]

If one studies the legend of this saint, one of the miracles of his lifetime was reputed to be a blackberry tree sprouting where he 'planted' an orange rind. One supposes that the orange zest or liqueur versions of the Chiboust Cream filling reflect this part of the legend.
