WWF/WWE[edit]

There's a rather harsh disconnect between the references to 'WWF' in the lede, and the abrupt change to 'WWE' in the very 1st section ('Background') w/o any explanation of the difference. I know 'WWF'='World Wrestling Federation', and 'WWE'='World Wrestling Entertainment', but this was NOT a cosmetic change - it involved lawyers, courts, and controversy, IIRC. I'm not personally a fan of the 'sport' at all (but I was born and raised in Memphis...osmosis), and don't care to do the research to re-write the page correctly. --Grndrush (talk) 23:06, 5 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That must have been a typo. There should be no mention of WWE in this article, it should all be WWF, because the name change didn't occur until 4 years after this event took place. I have fixed it accordingly. ♥Nici♥Vampire♥Heart♥ 18:43, 6 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Match headings[edit]

I find it very hard to follow the match recaps because they all run together. Sometimes, the reader does not even know who is competing against whom, with what stipulations, and for what championship in the current format. For example, the Tag Team Championship match starts with this sentence: "After a brief fight between Owen Hart and Mark Henry, D'Lo Brown and Jeff Jarrett were tagged in." I had to check the "Results" section below to figure out who the champions were and who was on each side. Readability and ease of comprehension might also be improved by putting a summary of the match result (like the one listed in "Results") at the end of each paragraph. If you think it could be worded better, you are free to do it. Separate sections for each match though would be like having separate sections for each scene in a movie of TV show. I do agree that this section could be written better. TJ Spyke 00:43, 27 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
