St Kilda Town Hall
The St Kilda Town Hall in St Kilda, Victoria, Australia, was designed by William Pitt and built in 1890. Owing to a lack of funds, Pitt was unable to complete his design. The building is now a secondary office of the Port Phillip City Council.John O'Neill
