Put it in neutral[edit]

Hello, I'd like to start by saying thank you for the hard work spent editing articles. I found this one to be a good read and informative. While I understand the article isn't about prison life so much as it's about the Mandela law. Still and all, I feel there is much to be said about the ideal of the law, and what is actually being implemented. I would like to provide a caveat to the reader that the Mandela law, while nice in thought, isn't the end all be all to prison abuse. I believe this will give the article a tone that will ring neutral, and not just speak glowingly of the law, but also about where it lacks. Supersaying (talk) 04:30, 9 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
