Most of the content for this article as well as the page found by the BOT was taken from the City of Westminster web page: www.ci.westminster.co.us Other content was found on the Jefferson County web site at www.co.jefferson.co.us The information is a dissertation of fact with respect to the existence and history of Standley Lake.

The information is in the public domain (which is probably why the City of Northglenn freeley copied it as well). If after review, it is believed that this is copyrighted information (held by the City of Westminster) please advise and we'll take it from there. Thanks.

I have reworked the first half of the information, and have removed the copyvio concerns there. I do not think that the second part is copied from anywhere, so I have added a reference and left it after adding inter-wiki links. Usually all non-federal government websites are not public domain unless otherwise stated.
