This piece is not a promotional adevrtisment of the publication rather an information point giving the papers history and poibt of view in the same way that many other newspapers have pages on wikipedia. If the content appears promotional please provide advice as to what other information you would like to see to demonstrate that this is a justified encyclopedic article.
