Star of the Sea (disambiguation)Star of the Sea – no primary topic, therefore extension not required – Inwind (talk) 12:57, 3 November 2016 (UTC) --Relisting. This is a contested technical request (permalink). Steel1943 (talk) 14:37, 3 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Star of the Sea currently targets Star of the Sea (book). Last year, Star of the Sea (book) was moved from Star of the Sea and then Star of the Sea was retargeted to Our Lady, Star of the Sea, which was later reverted. From what I can see, there have been too many changes for this move to be inherently uncontroversial. Steel1943 (talk) 14:37, 3 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Pinging Inwind to let them know that their move request has been moved to full discussion. Steel1943 (talk) 14:37, 3 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
If not moved then Star of the Sea certainly shouldn't be pointing at the book. In ictu oculi (talk) 07:40, 12 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. The primary topic is clearly Our Lady, Star of the Sea, from which all the other usages are derived, so the redirect Star of the Sea should remain as a redirect targeted there. About 150 articles link to that article, compared to less than 50 for the college, 7 for the book (through the redirect), and about 20 for the basketball club. Pageviews also support Our Lady as the primary topic. — Gorthian (talk) 01:09, 5 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Yes but how many of those are simply "Star of the Sea" with no "Our Lady,"? In ictu oculi (talk) 12:41, 12 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
In searches for "star of the sea", most people would be searching for the Our Lady article, not knowing exactly how we've titled the article. — Gorthian (talk) 22:00, 22 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
