Moving to correct title[edit]

The present article title with "Southeast" can't be right. The name in Portuguese, "Universidade Estadual do Sudoeste da Bahia", clearly means "Southwest" (in spite of how much of the state of Bahia is located even farther west). A conventional English rendition of this name, based on the names of English-language universities, would be "Southwest Bahia State University".
