Enforce legislation[edit]

I have a problem with these words in the lead. As I understand it, SA's dont really enforce legislation in Australia, that is done by the police. SA's actually draft new laws for the police to enforce. Rumiton (talk) 00:12, 28 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
