This variant spelling due to it's vowel tagging is actually notably used as "STeF-an with a ph" but as it's other variant "STEVen with a ph" -Stephen- also may be used Gender Properly with the E-PH rib being phonetically differed from the Feminine variant Stephanie. However the "STEVen with a ph" has had a hybridic use for "STeF-en" as well regarding the name as Same/Different yet retaining the Gender Proper phonetics to regard them with that of similar phonetics in pronunciation.
