Discussion[edit]
I find it hard to believe that DiSalvo was a hated wrestler. I saw him as a mighty hero, very attractive. I was disappointed that he was underused at WCW as the Minotaur. It's another case of promotions not wanting to unleash the full power of a wrestler. Like the way Vader was turned into The Big Show, like a circus clown.
Just an additional piece of information from a fan... Steve Strong also starred in the last episode of "Tales from the Darkside" (1988) with Vic Tayback about a trainer (Vic Tayback) from hell who pits the seemingly virtuous champion (Steve Strong) against a demonic wrestler.
