Tottenham transfer[edit]

I don't want to get into an edit war here, but I'm not sure that Pienaar's transfer is technically complete. While the headline of this PA article suggests that it is, the article itself states that a work permit is yet to be granted and that: "Once all the paperwork is complete, Pienaar will officially become the north Londoners' second January signing".
