Tapetum lucidum[edit]
Related fishes have a tapetum lucidum that further enhances their ability to see in the dark; does this one? If yes, does this fish use the photophore and tapetum lucidum for covert communications with other fish? --Una Smith (talk) 04:39, 10 March 2009 (UTC)
