Studio Album?[edit]

Shouldn't it say "Live Album" under the Album Cover? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.38.116.118 (talk) 22:38, 11 January 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Disputes About Overdubs and The Editing of Michael Schenker's Solos[edit]

Having listened to the album for over 30 years and having compared it to numerous UFO concert recordings, I have to say that whilst Schenker didn't provide any overdubs for this album, his solos none the less were either edited or composed via tape splicing. Not all mind you, but especially Rock Bottom. In short, all the solos on all the songs on Strangers sound uncharacteristically flawless. Schenker usually hit at least 1 or 2 bum notes in virtually every song he played live. I am going to write to the album's producer Ron Nevison and the album's engineer Mike Clink and report back here after they reply (if they reply).SkibbingtonVonSkubber (talk) 22:59, 14 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Sales figures[edit]

For a "hit" record, 60,000 units is pitiably small - does anyone have better sales numbers (worldwide) for Strangers? I'd say by now it has to be gold ... -HammerFilmFan
