Has the tower been completed?[edit]

Has the tower been completed. It was scheduled for completion in 2011. Was it completed? Does anyone have updated information and references? --Crunch (talk) 14:44, 17 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Tower has been completed long time ago, I personally went there with a group of friends and we took a good look at entire tower inside and out. tower isn't luxury residential as some put it, its a mix residential with social housing as well as luxury penthouse at the top, three's a gym at the bottom with plans for a swimming pool for all residents and visitors can pay for services as well as laundry and few other essential services.
