OK to add social psych link?[edit]

Hi, the topic here is a solidly researched one, and this article really hits the nail on the head. I'd like to add "and social psychology" with an appropriate link over to there to add a broader perspective. I don't want to wrinkle any feathers though, and I do realize that Sociology is a specialty which is distinct from Social Psychology. Would it be alright with the editors here if I added "...a topic in sociology, and social psychology..." to the lead sentence?
