Sources and notability[edit]

Comment - I think that two of the current (22 Nov 2009) sources would be considered WP:Primary. vstoneft.ru appears to be an organization created specifically to disseminate information about this infrastructure project. The third is a WP:SECONDARY source. It is a newspaper and this helps to establish notability. More secondary sources should be found. English secondary sources would be helpful to show that this subject is notable for english WikiPedia. - ¢Spender1983 (talk) 13:36, 22 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
