What the contributor said was just a confirmation of what is already on there, in the form of the link to the Ofcom info about restricted radiation patterns. It is correct. MUX2 at high power to the East requires an E group (or wideband aerial), as opposed to the original B groups. --JustinSmith (talk) 07:56, 17 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

removal of pre-dso information[edit]

Suggest the removal of the analogue pre-dso table. I suggest is it not encyclopedic information, and without the dates when active, potentially misleading (I suspect over the years frequencies have changed).

Similarly, and more obviously, the pre-DSO table is irrelevant, as no longer used, and given that over the last year at least 3 retunes have been required, and more over previous years it is simply giving detail of bands used for a limited unspecificed time period in the past.
