Regarding the main article quote: "It is also the first Depeche Mode single that's not written by Martin Gore since "Just Can't Get Enough" in 1981 which was written by Vince Clarke."

Strictly speaking, this is not true. In some markets (Austrialia, for example), "Route 66", a cover of a novelty song by Bobby Troup, was promoted as the "A-side" with the band's "Behind the Wheel" optioned as the B-side. Also, the "Megamix" single, "Route 66/Behind the Wheel", charted on the Billboard Hot 100 (peaking at #61).

Good point, but in general, I think with a British band, it's best to go strictly by British releases when speaking of their basic discography. People may certainly disagree with this, but that's just my opinion on the subject. John5008 --- talk 04:57, 13 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
That is ture. And plus, it can be aruged that Route 66 was released as a promo in those markets, not as an official single. And it's not uncommon for promos to enter the Hot 100. Suffer Well is being released as a promo in the US (although Suffer Well Part 2 can be bouth through itunes) and it is on the charts. Speaking of which, YAY, for Dave. - Human historian

Other Music Video[edit]

Depeche Mode also did a video speaking 'simish'(see gibberish), to scenes from The Sims 2 expansion Open for Business.. Should that be mentioned in the article?--Vercalos 05:24, 14 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This page (also from the official site) begs to differ. It came out the 27th, and entered the UK charts April 8. John5008 | talk to me 02:12, 24 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The Darkest Star chart news[edit]

"The Darkest Star," which, on some formats of the "Suffer Well" promotion, is the b-side, managed to score on the national singles charts in Finland! "The Darkest Star" peaked at #16. [[User:72.132.36.31|Jackbox1971 23:48, 15 June 2006 (UTC)]] 23:05, 19 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe this could be mentioned as a footnote? I am a little unsure how to do this otherwise I'd add it myself. Jackbox1971 23:48, 15 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
