Fair use rationale for Image:Animalcollective sungtongs.jpg[edit]

Image:Animalcollective sungtongs.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 20:24, 31 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Producer[edit]

Rusty Santos should not be listed as "producer" as Animal Collective have produced their own albums until Merriweather Post Pavilion, which was co-produced by Ben Allen. Rusty Santos was the engineer for Sung Tongs. Brian Weitz has mentioned this on the Collected Animals forum: 'First off, we don't work with "producers". we've always produced our own records. not to take away from the engineers we've worked with because their talents and techincal know-how has played a big role in helping us achieve what we want, but we've always done the orchestration, been in charge of how a record sounds, and picked the songs we record and how the album is sequenced.'

And here's an interview stating the same kind of thing: http://www.cyclicdefrost.com/blog/2009/01/10/animal-collective-interview-by-bob-baker-fish/

I think it would be more accurate to list the producer as "Animal Collective" for their albums before 2009.121.98.208.32 (talk) 09:07, 7 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Winters Love[edit]

Is it Winter's Love or Winters Love? The tracklist and trivia section seem to disagree on this point. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.203.109.213 (talk) 05:20, 19 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

A question regarding "accolades"[edit]

Would "best of" list rankings be considered accolades? Curious what the consensus is. Tactical Fiend (talk) 20:32, 18 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
