Change the word "Althpigh" to "Although" under the Chiefs section. 158.48.133.2 (talk) 15:07, 20 January 2020 (UTC)

I took out that word altogether because it wasn't appropriate in the sentence. Larry Hockett (Talk) 15:12, 20 January 2020 (UTC)

Montana Bowl

I called it that due to the fact that these are the only teams that Joe Montana played with.--Hornean (talk) 18:45, 20 January 2020 (UTC)

Request to refer to 2014 World Series. aka San Francisco vs Kansas City part 1

As a request, can we point out the fact that this game marks the 2nd meeting between San Francisco and Kansas City teams in a major sporting event? The first was the 2014 World Series between Giants and Royals. It would be a nice way to connect things similar to Los Angeles and Boston's meetings in several sports. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.68.126.29 (talk) 10:03, 21 January 2020 (UTC)

As a membershut up, Beavis of this team, point away. But that's just me. --14:34, 21 January 2020 (UTC) p.s.
I would not consider that fact so significant. The Yankees-Red Sox rivalry was mentioned as part of the Pats-Giants 2 SB meetings because that is actually a real MLB rivalry. Giants-Royals is not, as they rarely if ever play each other. Jdavi333 (talk) 15:56, 21 January 2020 (UTC)
An I think Celtics-Lakers is much more notable because they were both dominant for so long. Jdavi333 (talk) 16:00, 21 January 2020 (UTC)

This edit removed properly sourced information without explanation that Planters announced that there will be ads about Mr. Peanut being killed off. When I asked the editor who removed the item, he/she replied, "It is clearly a PR stunt to hype a Super Bowl ad." While it may be a publicity stunt, it is a sourced fact that Planters made the announcement. I don't think it's unusual that an advertisement is done for publicity. I ask that the removal be reverted. If someone wants to add additional sourced information about a publicity stunt, that's fine. Thanks. 173.209.178.244 (talk) 21:31, 22 January 2020 (UTC)

Not done. Just because it's sourced doesn't mean it has to be included. If you want the information to be added, you should start a discussion here and obtain a WP:CONSENSUS for it to be done. –Deacon Vorbis (carbon • videos) 23:59, 22 January 2020 (UTC)

The Chiefs are now only favored by 1.0 points, instead of 1.5. Uselessuser78 (talk) 02:18, 24 January 2020 (UTC)

International

In Brazil, Super Bowl LIV will be televised by ESPN Brasil and exhibited in the movie theatres chains Cinemark, UCI and Kinoplex. The game will be broadcasted by Everaldo Marques (play-by-play), Paulo Antunes (analyst) and Fernando Nardini (sideline) live from Hard Rock Stadium. Renan do Couto (host), Eduardo Zolin and Weinny Eirado (color commentators) will do the pre-game and post-game show live from Sao Paulo studios.[1] RollTideBR (talk) 04:06, 31 January 2020 (UTC)

Not done. It's not clear what changes you want to make. Presumably, you want to add this somewhere, but even then, it seems like fairly trivial information. –Deacon Vorbis (carbon • videos) 18:14, 1 February 2020 (UTC)

Edit request -- Most points, 4th Quarter, team

Under "Records tied", it has "Most points, 4th Quarter, team" as being 2, by KC. But the Chiefs scored 21 points, not 2. Can you fix this (I'm assuming on good faith that this 21 does indeed tie the 4th quarter record). Herostratus (talk) 21:02, 3 February 2020 (UTC)

Looks like it's been fixed. Thanks for the heads-up. Useight (talk) 02:02, 4 February 2020 (UTC)

How much were tickets?

I don't think I'm the only one, but I've always wondered how much tickets were. We don't have to get a complete catalog to the boxes, but nice to know where it starts from and if the average joe can make it to next years. It would also be appropriate if someone can upload a scan or photo of a ticket, it would have cultural value over the decades to come as Wikipedia is already about 20 years old.Soyasauce (talk) 01:06, 7 February 2020 (UTC)
