Why not Saurkraut[edit]

I was trying to find a good english translation for Surkål and could only find Sauerkraut in the dictionary. Ss Sauerkraut is a similar dish made through a completely different process, I belive it is would be right to make a new entry for Surkål as that is what is done from the other similar dishes on the Sauerkraut page.

The Swedish wikipedia links to Sauerkraut. The Norwegian (bokmål) wikipedia clearly, and correctly, states that Sauerkraut and Surkål is not the same. Perhaps the Swedish page should be updated?

Redundant[edit]

Looks like Zasmażana kapusta to me, that's not "braised sauerkraut, but just braised kraut, e.g. cabbage. Needs more sources and photos. ALTERNATIVELY, it may happen to be the same dish as kapuska yet with a proper Turkic name instead of borrowed Slavic one. Профессор кислых щей (talk) 07:40, 19 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
