Additionally, one of the core purposes of this page appear to be to assert that it isn't in Bayside at all.

Seems to jut be a housing development of less than 250 fairly unremarkable houses, doesn't really seem to be anthing particularly remarkable about the area or architecture or location that I can find.Financefactz (talk) 10:43, 18 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
