Add phrase[edit]

Following phrase is not vandalism and should be added to end of the article:

On October 6th 2016 he mistakenly gave too much stoppage time and allowed a goal for Iceland for 3-2 victory in a World Cup 2018 qualification game between Iceland and Finland. Finnish goalkeeper Hradecky had ball under control when Iceland player kicked it to the net. He also failed to give straight red on situation where the Finnish player was pulling Moen's shirt after erroneous judgement.
