Section on Response to World Economic Crisis: Removed pending references[edit]

The following section needs further citation from a source for the fact that he said so and another citation to explain why it is an irresponsible statement.

"Response to the World Economic Crisis of 2008:

On 13 October 2008, on a talk show "Cross Fire" on Kairali TV, Thomas Issac openly stated that he is happy that the crisis happened. A very irresponsible statement, from a Finance Minister holding a State Government's Cabinet rank portfolio."
