Rename[edit]

Should this article not be at the modern name, which seems to be either Monte Taburno or it.wiki uses it:Taburno Camposauro, with a reference to the Latin name of Taburnus? FlagSteward (talk) 16:57, 1 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

DOC[edit]

The section on Taburno DOC is out of date. In 2011, the Taburno DOC was discontinued and the old Taburno DOC boundaries were designated as a subzone of the new Sannio DOC. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.88.12.97 (talk) 14:42, 6 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Quite late, but I have inserted this information. Zidanie5 (talk) 20:42, 25 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Moving to the modern name[edit]

I have been fixing and improving this page, expanding it where necessary. However, I do believe FlagSteward was right in his post from ten years ago. It currently is called Taburno Camposauro as a massif, while Taburno indicates both the tallest peak and the southern sub-group. Therefore, in a week or so from now I am going to move this page to Taburno Camposauro, believing this to be uncontroversial. If it is not so, please let me know and it can be discussed. It seems no one is challenging this move, and it seems uncontroversial since the only widespread common name is Taburno Camposauro, so I will proceed.Zidanie5 (talk) 13:10, 29 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Zidanie5: Wiki moves slowly sometimes, but it gets there in the end! FlagSteward (talk) 10:07, 22 May 2022 (UTC) (who's been away for a while)[reply]
