Headhunting section

The section on headhunting here is a mess and certainly does not read like it is from an unbiased perspective. I am personally not at all confident in my ability to properly clean this up as I am not knowledgeable about the subject but the whole thing reads like someone trying to shock when in reality it is not a particularly outrageous custom, all things in history considered.
