As far as I can tell this article uses content from http://www.britishclassiccomedy.co.uk/takeover-bid-1990.

That website contains a copyright notice and I couldn't find any indication on the website that the content is distributed under a license compatible with inclusion on Wikipedia.

I've tried to flag the copyrighted content, but that was undone by another editor in a recent edit.
