"Un-encyclopedic"[edit]

Not that I was the one who put the names of the shops down, But how come on some articles on villages/Shopping parks/centres there are lists of shops, but here they're considered un-encyclopedic? e.g. Morfa, Swansea, Fforestfach, Capital Retail Park and Arena Park Shopping Centre Just wondering... Not some, all. Lists of shops are unencyclopedic, as they wouldn't appear in an encyclopedia on the subject. Maybe you would find information on a major employer of the town, but not a list of shops. Where would it stop? FruitMonkey (talk) 22:58, 12 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Actually a good example for how to write an article on a retail park (and not a town) is MetroCentre (shopping centre). One of the largest retail parks in Europe and it doesn't list the shops available. FruitMonkey (talk) 23:04, 12 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
