Close connection?[edit]

Which person? This talk page does not identify a possible suspect for being a close connection. Its more likely written in a advertisment format then a corporate opinion. JasonHockeyGuy (talk) 06:52, 9 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

ownership[edit]

Based off this filing https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1464790/000121390024031252/ea0203500-8k_briley.htm it seems Targus is owned by B. RILEY FINANCIAL, INC. which does not match up with the article. It's possible B. Riley bought all of TGHI but given both Riley and TGHI are publicly traded that seems unlikely.

It seems more likey Targus was sold to them at some point
