WikiProject Biography Assessment

The article may be improved by following the WikiProject Biography 11 easy steps to producing at least a B article. -- Yamara 17:51, 7 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Popular culture references[edit]

Why is it so important to mention (twice) that the details given in the comic strip were probably learned from this wikipedia entry? --N0nick 16:52, 7 May 2007 (UTC) Insert non-formatted text here[reply]

My addition didn't initially say probably, so the poster is overcompensating. Probably. -- Yamara 17:51, 7 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

she claimed that both of her parents were holocaust survivors on the surreal life is that true or was she lying?

Discussion[edit]

Why are the pictures 'better'  ? At least we used to have a close up of her face ??? 82.120.248.44 21:08, 15 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Because no one would recognize her from that, and few know her for that movie. The publicity still and certainly the Whitesnake video capture are much more relevant to cultural perception of her. It's still in the article on the movie, but is of questionable value to illustrate her compared to the others. Postdlf 21:53, 15 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Well when I want to recognize someone I need more a close up of her face than a grainy view of her bare thighs.68.165.99.171 02:33, 21 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I agree that a facial portrait is also needed in an article like this one...
The one of the The Perils of Gwendoline in the Land of the Yik-Yak entry is good.Hektor 06:45, 10 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I find it disturbing that the Early Life and Career sections of this article are almost entirely plagiarized from http://www.tawny-kitaen.com/. Nearly word-for-word. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.185.51.51 (talk) 03:59, 25 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
