Vowel Phonemes

The Tboli dictionary I am using a source lists seven vowel phonemes. I'm really skeptical. I'll see if I can discern some kind of pattern, but until then, that's what's listed for now. --Chris S. (talk) 06:09, 30 July 2013 (UTC)
