Propose to separate or expand "e-commerce" and "Payment Gateway"

Earlier editions of this article made mention of payment systems rolled out by tencent without lumping them together as currently lumped in Ecommerce section. Mention should be made separately. Of course, Ecommerce includes online banking or online payments, but Payment Gateway Systems such as India's EBS or France's Ingenico or O-Gone in other articles are of note, and so Tencent's Payment Gateway Systems should likewise be mentioned.209.240.37.173 (talk) 00:24, 20 July 2019 (UTC)
