Who owns TerreStar Corporation???[edit]

With the news in The Wall Street Journal of a possible imminent bankruptcy filing by TerreStar, I was curious who the shareholders are?, who is going to get wiped out? Also, who put up the original money? (i.e., current shareholders could be hedge funds that simply bought it recently, whereas the people who put up the original money may have already lost it). Thanks in advance to anybody that knows.
