"A demented PG Wodehouse pastiche"[edit]

This was quoted as evidence of the novel's reviews being "mixed", but it's clear from reading the review (http://www.sfx.co.uk/2010/10/15/book-review-doctor-who-the-coming-of-the-terraphiles-%E2%80%93-michael-moorcock/) that it was taken out of context from what's mostly a very positive review. I've expanded the quote and changed the reference to reviews being "mostly positive", but if anyone can find a (reputable) negative review for balance, that would be helpful.
