Glastonbury and hermaphrodite rumor[edit]

Didn't her appearance at the Glastonbury Festival on this tour give rise to the rumor of her being a hermaphrodite? It seems like there's hundreds of short clips on YouTube of her stepping off that vespa claiming it to be perfect proof where there's nothing to be seen but a white set of panties (with some pure red channel information bleeding over from her thigh due to the PAL signal's YUV chroma subsampling). As for notability of the issue, I'd compare it to the famous Paul is dead hoax, after all when it comes to Lady Gaga it has been all over the news and the internet for what seems like months, and it's what made her recently sport a strap-on on the cover (and inside photos) of Q Magazine (the issue of which was banned in the US for her photos), see news link 1 news link 2 Scans on official source gagadaily.com--79.193.47.94 (talk) 18:26, 4 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please provide some reliable source for a change. --Legolas (talk2me) 06:29, 5 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
For what now? For the fact of her Q Magazine photos and interview? For the fact she herself has given interviews on the issue for months now? For the fact of those many YouTube videos being in existence? This is not another opportunity for you to go, "DON'T SAY SHE HAS A DICK!" because that's not what I'm on about. The reason the Paul is dead article exists on Wikipedia is not that the authors of said article "want him dead", or want people to believe that he is dead, it's because the hoax itself is a significantly notable phenomenon in pop culture, no matter how often we see (and hear!) Sir Paul prove it wrong in person. Or is the rumor at hand simply too hot to handle for you and you're afraid of scarring children for life with it? --79.193.44.74 (talk) 23:03, 5 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Maintain civility when you post here. Wikipedia is not a place for rumours and gossip column crap. We are dealing with WP:BASICHUMANDIGNITY here. The intersex issue has been addressed in her biography and has enough importnace given .No need to included anything here. --Legolas (talk2me) 05:12, 6 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Well, it has been now that we've been discussing it here. As you said that "this crap" (civility?) has been "addressed before", I went checking through the archives, and looking at Talk:Lady Gaga/Archive 7#The hermaphrodite thing needs to be addressed_.28--.3E_she_isnt.29, it seems there was general consensus to "definitely" create an own rumors or controversies section for it and that it should be covered in more than just one sentence, but obviously somebody kept removing it without any discussion at all by means of edit-warring. You seem to have more problems with it than she does (quote Q magazine: "Me and my big f*cking dick are all out there for the world"), and which rumor is worse? Being a hermaphrodite, or being dead? Paul keeps dismissing the hoax about him, while Lady Gaga is joining in on hers (though it seems that in interviews, it depends on her mood and the general setting whether she answers yes or no) and even "gives people what they want", not only in Q Magazine but also on stage where she's started to pretend masturbating publically what's not there, accompanied by her saying what she's doing there so it's not some casual movements misinterpreted. It's as if back in the 60s, John and Paul would have organized a huge press conference just to fake publically smoking pot and dropping acid in response to some rumors. --79.193.44.74 (talk) 06:34, 6 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
As I said before, this issue has been addressed in Lady Gaga, doesnot need anymore importance now. Case closed. --Legolas (talk2me) 07:39, 6 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
