Recommended merge from Education Foundation[edit]

Seems activities of the Education Foundation are now administered by FYA, per [1]. Would therefore recommend that information be merged into here (besides some necessary clean-out of promo language, external sourcing, etc). Dl2000 (talk) 19:03, 12 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
