Individual episode descriptions[edit]

Rather than sub-pages for each of the ten episodes, might it not be better to just include their descriptions here on this page and make redirects? That'll keep this page from looking too much like a stub. --JohnDBuell 14:01, 12 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yes probably best to merge them, I wasn't quite sure of a layout when starting out, but I'll give it stab with all the info here. Tim! 20:51, 13 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

“The Abergavenny Murder” entry…[edit]

“This episode is one of the few Sherlock Holmes mysteries to be performed in real time. (At least two other episodes performed in real time aired in the American radio series The Further Adventures of Sherlock Holmes.[3][4])” It might be notable that this episode takes place in “real time”, but is it notable that another series also performed Holmes plays in real time too? It may be true, but it smacks of original research to say that this is one of “the few” to do so (I doubt there was a survey), and looks like a chance to promote the online series. Hi, thanks for pointing this out. I made that edit, and when I did, I was only trying to correct the text that was there before, not to promote anything. (The article text for that episode previously said "NOTE: To date, this is the only Sherlock Holmes mystery to be performed in real time.", which isn't correct.) However, I think you're right that it looks like original research and promotion as it is now, so I will remove the text about the other series. Miles26 (talk) 20:21, 18 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
