too in depth character list but no plot summary?

do the purposes of an online encyclopedia including listing all the characters in a work of fiction? isn't that a little too much?

You're right, the character sections are too detailed, and the article needs a plot summary, plus other sections like "Reception" and "Analysis". I hope to get around to working on this article soon. —Bruce1ee^talk 06:52, 2 May 2014 (UTC)

I've trimmed the character sections, although I feel they could be trimmed even more. I'm currently doing research on this book with a view to expanding the article – so more to come. —Bruce1ee^talk 13:33, 3 July 2014 (UTC)
