Start class?[edit]
It's no longer a stub and it's by no means perfect, so I suggest Start class. An infobox would be good, but I'm not sure how to create one...

Book Promotion[edit]
Despite adding some details of Sixx's promotion of the book, I'm wondering whether it really adds anything to the article or not. After all, everyone talks to the media to promote their books and it wouldn't ordinarily merit a mention unless something out-of-the-ordinary occured.

Order of Contributors[edit]
I followed the order used in the book, rather than alphabetical order. Ian Gittins isn't listed as one of the main players in the book, but is credited as co-author so I added him to the end of the list.
