In reply to the PROD I just removed, The Kenny Rogers Story was a U.K. only release hence the difficulty in finding reliable sources. However, LyricsFreak refers to the album as reaching #1 on the U.K. charts and still being at #2 four years later. See here. CycloneGU (talk) 02:23, 11 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Late update edit: I've been corrected on the prior source as it is a Wikipedia mirror. Didn't notice that down the page...in any case, I'll look for a better information for a source on the album notability, but being on the charts for four years and at #1 for part of it is certainly notable in its own right, even for a UK-only release.
