Emphasis on fictional details?[edit]

Wouldn't this be a better reference article if it had more about Annie Lee, Christine Johnston, Michele Watt and Carolyn Johns and the story behind the Kranskys?

I realise the Kransky act relies on the fiction of them being sisters from Esk, but does a reference article have to play along with that?

One of their neighbours has a computer and has made them a website. www.thekranskysisters.com. Cute, but does that sort of in-joke belong here?

For example, there is an article devoted to Dame Edna Everage, but it is also linked to a full biography of Barry Humphries.

Some questions[edit]

What is the history of the act? How did the performers meet? How did was the act developed? Where & when did it debut? (There was a 'best newcomers' award in 2004.) What did the performers do before The Kranskys? Is anything known about the performers' background and careers?

The Kransky website is no help, since it sticks to the fictional line. There's nothing wrong with that, but a reference article needs to go further.

Can someone answer those questions? It would really be a help to understand the artistic background of the act and the actrices.
